The Battle Begins!
Both Captain America and Tony Stark stare eye to eye as the plan to lure The Secret Avengers had worked. Tony tells Cap that he does not want to fight and that he should come peacefully to the Shield helicarrier. Tony agrees, shaking his hand. Unknowing, Cap had slipped an EMP onto Tony which immediately immobilizes him. Both sides start to fight. Former friends, former family, it no longer mattered. Iron man got up quickly and started to bring the fight back to Captain America. His suit was programmed to know all the moves of his former friend.
During the battle, a clone of Thor designed by Mr. Fantastic arrives and starts destroying all those on Captain America’s team. They decide that they needed to retreat, that Cloak should teleport them out of there. Goliath, one of Captain Americas followers decided he would hold off the clone long enough so they could escape. Before they could do anything, he was blasted from a lightning bolt and died instantly. Everyone stopped what they were doing. They look on in horror that this Civil War had now claimed one of their own. Captain America and his team get teleported back to safety.
