The Loft Board Game Lounge is a place where friends can go to have fun together. When we say fun, we mean lots of fun. Like, 10lbs of fun in a 5lb bag. But more fun than that. You go in, they sit you at one of their specialty board game tables. Then, they get you started with some drinks. Craft beer, lattes, wine, soft drinks… the options are endless. They set you up with a great game for you to have fun with, based on what games you told us you like or whatever game you already know you want to try – currently they have over 800 to choose from. Hungry? Not for long – they got you covered! Flatbreads, sandwiches, soups, salad, and desserts, check out the menu! Located in the Byward Market, The Loft is a great place to spend your night relaxing with a good group of friends. Be sure to check out their Facebook Page for events, prizes and much more!

Monopolatte

Opening it’s doors in the summer of 2013, Monopolatte brings over 900+ board games for local game seekers to enjoy. Gamers can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while browsing through their food and drink menu. To take it one step above and beyond, Monopolatte also include a few gluten-free and vegan options so that anyone who walks through the front door feels welcome. With fall quickly approaching, Monopolatte is a great spot to spend your time cozied up with a cappuccino, board game and a good group of friends. Monopolatte is located on the east end of Chinatown on Somerset. Be sure to check out their Facebook page for local events and contests!
